Safety is our first and last concern. Woodplay's engineers safety-check each set to make sure it meets our demanding standards. Decks are securely fastened to frames for extra stability. Each timber is planed twice and edges are rounded and hand-sanded to protect little hands. And Woodplay playsets finished with our specially-formulated non-toxic Stain/Sealant go the extra step to protect both your investment, and your little ones' health.

	We Plastisol-coat our galvanized swing chains so they won't pinch--a Woodplay exclusive.
	We use engineer-proven 3-way interlocking lag bolt construction, resulting in more rigid joints and a stronger structure than ordinary 2-way carriage bolt connections.
	Our Angled Safety Ladder™ allows younger children to safely reach the upper levels of our sets
	Our non-slip Flat Steel Safety Rungs eliminate the dangers of slippery round rungs.
	Our exclusive Powder-Coated Steel Safety Panel adds extra strength and safety to our sets, and comes with a lifetime rust warranty.

Your satisfaction is important to us. We will work with you until your Playset Installation meets your expectations. There are no additional charges for subsequent service calls.

	A 45-Day unconditional warranty. NO OTHER MANUFACTURER OFFERS IT! If at any time during the first 45 days after the date of delivery, you are not completely satisfied with any Woodplay product, you may return the product, in its ORIGINAL CONDITION (freight prepaid by the customer) to us for replacement or a full refund of the purchase price.
	A two-year warranty on all above-ground playset components. YOUR GUARANTEE OF QUALITY! Woodplay ensures that our products are free of defects in materials and workmanship. We will repair or replace, at our option, any Woodplay above-ground playset component which fails as a result of any such defect within two years after the date of delivery.
	A limited lifetime warranty on all above-ground wood playset components, swing hangers, swing chains, metal braces, and metal plates (when properly cared for), and our exclusive Super Slide. WE'RE THE ONLY MANUFACTURER THAT COVERS HARDWARE! Woodplay warrants to the original retail customer that we will replace any above-ground wood playset component suffering structural failure due to warping, rotting, or insect damage. The warranty does not cover surface cracking, knots in the wood or seasonal checking of components. Knots, surface cracking and seasonal checks are a natural characteristic of all wood, including redwood, and will not affect the integrity of your playset. Woodplay warrants to the original retail customer that we will replace any swing hangers, swing chains, metal braces, or metal plates that fail due to rust or breakage.

These warranties exclude any incidental or consequential damages resulting from breach of this warranty or any implied warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damage, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty program applies only to the original owner and is limited to residential and non-commercial use of the products. Registration of the "Woodplay Warranty Registration Card" (provided at time of product purchase) is required for eligibility under this warranty. A copy of the original invoice must accompany all warranty claims. Freight and labor charges are not included. This warranty program does not cover normal wear and tear, or damages resulting from misuse, abuse, vandalism, alteration, acts of God, or assembly and maintenance contrary to our instructions. Woodplay reserves the right to examine photographs or the component itself (shipped freight prepaid by the customer) prior to replacement.

SPECIAL NOTE: Woodplay reserves the right to make changes in materials, design, and pricing without notice. See your instruction sheet for maintenance requirements. Your child's safety is your responsibility and therefore, you should inspect this equipment regularly for wear and safety.
