DECKS Our decks are built with strength and durability in mind. All lumber is treated. We use 4”x 4” posts 8’ on center and set in concrete, 2”x 6” floor joists, 16” on center, and 2”x 6” deck framing and flooring resulting in a very strong and stable deck. All decks come with one set of 3’ steps. Not only can we build a deck off your house, we can also custom build a deck around your pool or trees. Most decks are built on location, but at your request Atlas can build your deck on skids and deliver, depending on deck size and conditions at your location. PORCH COVERS:With today’s economy people are spending more time at home with friends and family. Atlas Building Systems patio covers are a great way to expand your outdoor living area. They provide a beautiful and protected area to entertain friends and family or just a perfect location for you to get away and relax. Atlas deck or patio covers. They also are built with strength and durability in mind. We use treated 2”x 6” framing with 29 gauge colored steel roofing. We will also provide a shingle roof if desired, which includes decking, felt, and 20 year asphalt shingles.
