Payment Terms

Rent to Own-No Credit Check

$150.00 and up Refundable Deposit (depending on the size of the building and which Rent To Own Company is used) and one months rent is all it takes to have an Atlas building delivered to you.

Atlas offers several ways you can pay for your building.

We accept: Cash, Personal Checks, Cashier Checks, Money Orders, Master Card, Visa, Discover

We can also accept American Express but there is an up charge of 1 ½% on the net price of the building due to the higher fees we pay.
 

Finance Plans

Capital One Financing $1000.00 to 25,000.00 with Rates starting at:

 7.99% for 60 months, 8.99% for 84 months and 9.99% for 120 months

Atlas also has finance plans available and depending on the amount financed can finance for up to 48 months.

90 Days same as cash is available through the finance plans.

Special terms of [3] months no interest with equal monthly payments will apply to purchases charged with approved credit to your [Home Projects] card issued by Wells Fargo Financial National Bank. The minimum monthly payment will be the amount that will pay for the purchase in full in equal payments during the [3] month period.  The regular APR is 17.90% as of [10-11-2006]. The APR may vary.

All finance plans are available with approved credit.
